Job summary

Filigran is seeking a Customer Platform Architect to support customers deploying on-premise infrastructure hosting Filigran products. You will conduct health checks, advise during pre-sales on infrastructure requirements, and ensure deployments meet security and performance needs.

The role involves sizing infrastructure for new customers, adapting deployments to tech and security contexts, and ensuring reliable operation of customer platforms supporting threat management workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in on-premise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, storage) and exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Practical experience with containerization runtimes and orchestration platforms such as Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through deployment of their platform and assist in design, implementation, and configuration.
• Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate infrastructure issues for customers’ platforms.
• Perform on-demand health checks to assess performance and resilience and suggest improvements.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Solution Engineers to address design requests and support pre-sales efforts.
