Job summary

Filigran SAS seeks a Customer Platform Architect to support customers deploying their on-premise Filigran products, perform health checks, and advise during pre-sales on infrastructure requirements. You will size deployments, adapt to security contexts, and ensure reliability for threat management operations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in on-premise infrastructure and exposure to cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture and Helm-based deployments.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues.
• Background in customer-facing technical roles.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through deployment of their platform and configuration.
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues for customers.
• Perform platform health checks and recommend improvements.
• Document architecture clearly for all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Solution Engineering teams on design requests.
