Job summary

Filigran is seeking a Customer Platform Architect to support on-premise deployments of Filigran products, perform health checks, and advise during pre-sales on infra requirements. You will size deployments, tailor them to specific tech and security contexts, and ensure reliable infrastructure for threat management operations.

You will collaborate with Product and Solution Engineers and work in a remote, async-first environment with strong autonomy and ownership.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in on-premise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, storage) and exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Practical experience with containerization runtimes and orchestration platforms such as docker, podman and kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of kubernetes architecture and helm-based application deployments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues.
• Background in customer-facing technical roles.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in Arabic.
• Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment, with strong autonomy and ownership.
• Bonus: Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the deployment of their platform: Assist customers in the design, implementation, and configuration of their platform based on their needs.
• Manage customers infrastructure issues: Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate technical issues related to the infrastructure.
• Conduct platform health checks: Perform on-demand audits to assess the performance and resilience of platforms and recommend improvements.
• Ensure technical documentation of the architecture: Write and update architecture-related documentation, ensuring it is clear and accessible to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with the Product team to integrate architectural needs into the products, and with Solution Engineers to support pre-sales efforts in resolving platform issues and addressing design requests.
