Job summary

Tahaluf seeks a Marketing Manager for LEAP East, leading digital marketing strategy to achieve commercial objectives across Asia, the Middle East and beyond. The role focuses on inbound and outbound campaigns, SEO/SEM, and analytics in a dynamic events environment.

You will drive online traffic, leads, and conversions, collaborating with agencies, content teams, and stakeholders. This freelance position can be performed remotely with flexible collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a digital marketing role to manager level.
• Experience working on APAC market campaigns.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Ownership and accountability for marketing strategy, including planning, implementation, management, and optimisation for both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
• Delivers on strategic KPIs by driving online traffic, leads and conversions with the ability to present these ongoing results.
• Develops new and creative organic search growth strategies for various international markets.
• Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high‑quality content.
• Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal‑setting based on metrics.
