Qualifications

• Degree or relevant coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
• Experience with financial transactions, reconciliations and ledgers.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Record and process daily financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Assist with AP/AR activities and invoice processing.
• Perform bank, credit card, and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries; support month-end close.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documents; ensure accuracy.
