SiFi - Simplified Financial Solutions Company is seeking an IT Governance Senior Specialist to design and govern IT governance, ITSM and change processes in a live payment environment. You will ensure regulatory alignment with SAMA IT Governance Framework and collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and Engineering teams.

The role emphasizes audit readiness, remediation tracking, and governance through a cross-functional lens while enabling a remote-first work arrangement with Saudi

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT governance, IT service management or change management, ideally in banking or regulated financial services.
• Expert, hands-on knowledge of ITIL; ITIL 4 Foundation certification required.
• Proven track record designing and governing a change management process in a live production environment.
• Strong stakeholder management; drive adoption across engineering, infrastructure and security teams.

Responsabilidades

• Set and govern IT governance policies aligned with ITIL 4 and SAMA IT Governance Framework.
• Lead ITSM rollout and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams; define SLAs/OLAs.
• Design and govern the change management framework; manage CAB and post-implementation reviews.
• Oversee Access Governance, IAM lifecycle processes and periodic access reviews.
• Produce IT governance and service KPIs/KRIs and report audit findings to closure.
