Job summary

SiFi, a fast-growing B2B FinTech in Saudi Arabia, seeks an IT Governance Senior Specialist to design and govern IT governance, ITSM and change management in live payment environments. The role ensures alignment with ITIL 4 and SAMA frameworks, enabling audit readiness and compliant operations.

You will collaborate across Infrastructure, Engineering and Cybersecurity to implement processes that are traceable, auditable and consistently adopted while meeting regulatory requirements and business

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of IT governance, ITSM or change management experience in regulated environments.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required.
• Proven track record designing and governing change management in live production.
• Strong stakeholder management to drive process adoption without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT governance policies aligned with ITIL 4 and SAMA frameworks.
• Lead ITSM, change and access governance with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory reviews of IT governance controls.
• Monitor and improve controls, risk and remediation actions.
• Define and govern access, roles and least privilege across systems.
• Produce IT governance KPIs and report status to leadership.
