Job summary

Manifest Agency | وكالة مانيفست is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to identify and pursue new client opportunities, prepare compelling proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver client-ready materials.

The role reports to the CEO, with responsibilities spanning client research, relationship building, and participation in pitches. Remote-friendly with travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 2.5 to 5 years in business development, account management or related client-facing role.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience using Trello and Monday.com for collaboration.
• Strong interest in business development and client relationships.
• Able to work effectively in a remote setup.
• High sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Research potential clients and support outreach to build new opportunities.
• Prepare financial proposals, rate cards, and client-facing materials.
• Coordinate with external partners to develop proposals and scope.
• Lead and review proposals through procurement portals and deadlines.
• Represent the company in client meetings and pitches, including in-person when required.
• Schedule client meetings and document meeting minutes; follow up on actions.
• Travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requests and ensure smooth projects.
• Assist with contract reviews and negotiations with clients.
