Job summary

CodeNinja is seeking a Freelance Senior Creative Manager for a 3-month engagement in Riyadh. You will elevate brand materials, build a scalable design system, and deliver reusable assets for internal and external communications.

Lead with a strong portfolio in corporate branding, and collaborate closely with Marketing & PR to ensure on-brand outputs. You will create templates, social assets, newsletters, and a redesigned portfolio, while maintaining confidentiality and providing editable source

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio in corporate branding and marketing design.
• Experience with corporate, technology, financial services or professional-services brands.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong PowerPoint design skills.
• Proven experience building scalable template systems.
• Solid understanding of digital and social media design.
• Video editing and motion graphics capability.
• Excellent typography, layout, visual storytelling and information design.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity across channels.
• Refine typography, color, imagery and layouts for consistency.
• Create guidelines and templates for easy editing by non-designers.
• Build a library of editable templates (presentations, communications, memos, events).
• Design a social media design system and reusable formats for campaigns.
• Redesign the company portfolio with stronger visual hierarchy and storytelling.
• Deliver a polished, scalable marketing toolkit including newsletters and emails.
• Produce short-form video content and motion graphics for branding.
