Jobgether SRL is seeking a Forward Deployed Agile Software Engineer based in Saudi Arabia. You will work directly with clients to transform ambiguous needs into production-ready digital solutions, designing and building AI-powered applications and autonomous agentic workflows for real-world business requirements.

Qualifications

• Production-grade software engineering experience, ideally with AI-powered applications.
• Strong Python, TypeScript, or equivalent language skills.
• Practical understanding of how to design infrastructure for AI agents to operate reliably in production.
• Experience building or working with agent loops involving planning, tool selection, execution, observation, reflection, recovery, and termination.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to translate ambiguous needs into requirements and delivery plans.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications and agentic workflows.
• Build harnesses surrounding AI models for reliable production performance.
