Job summary

SiFi, a remote-first B2B spend management platform regulated under SAMA, seeks a data and analytics professional to own its reporting layer. You will craft dashboards the business relies on and transform ambiguous questions into actionable insights.

Utilize SQL on core banking data, perform deep-dives, define metrics, and automate recurring extracts while collaborating with ops, product, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with complex joins, windows, and CTEs
• Experience building dashboards in a BI tool (Metabase/Power BI/Tableau/Looker)
• Python or R for analysis beyond SQL
• Ability to scope vague questions into answerable problems
• Comfortable collaborating with ops, product, and commercial teams

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards across spend, card operations, support, and GTM; ensure definitions and data quality
• Write SQL against core banking DB and other production sources
• Run deep dives on decline codes, cohort behavior, funnel drop-offs, campaign performance, and anomalies
• Turn findings into actionable recommendations with confidence levels
• Define and document metrics to ensure consistency across teams
• Support regulatory and internal reporting with analytics input
• Automate recurring data extracts and reports
