Job summary

SiFi - Simplified Financial Solutions Company is seeking a data analytics professional to own the reporting layer. You will build and maintain dashboards across spend, card operations, support, and GTM, writing SQL against core banking data and other sources.

You will run deep dives, turn findings into actionable recommendations, and define metrics for consistency across teams, supporting regulatory and internal reporting with analytics input.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL: write and debug complex joins, window functions, and CTEs on large schemas.
• Experience building dashboards in a BI tool (Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Python or R for analysis beyond SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own dashboards across spend, card operations, support, and GTM; ensure definitions and data quality.
• Write SQL directly against core banking and other production sources.
• Run deep dives on demand: identify patterns, funnel drop-offs, or anomalies.
• Turn findings into actionable recommendations with clear confidence levels.
• Define and document metrics to ensure consistency across teams.
• Support regulatory and internal reporting with analytics inputs.
