Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert for a remote, worldwide contractor engagement. You will support accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP system evaluation, applying accounting judgment to AI-generated outputs and training data.

Prior AI training or human-data experience is required. Proficiency with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365, plus strong Excel skills and English communication, is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience is preferred.
• Experience with financial statements, reconciliations and journal entries.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365).
• Hands-on with Microsoft Excel and data evaluation for AI training.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and treatments.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with rationale.
• Assess finance workflows across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.
