Responsibilities

• Oversee "Root Cause Failure Analysis" of equipment and provide guidance to ensure that recommendations are actionable and will resolve the issue.


• Oversee and manage the development of all Maintenance strategies utilizing proven methods to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations with optimized maintenance cost.


• Lead and provide Strategic guidance for Feasibility Studies to justify investment in new equipment or technology.


• Oversee and manage all technical related activities in the plant to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations


• Oversee the implementation of all predictive Maintenance strategies utilizing proven methods to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations with optimized maintenance cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.


• Minimum 12+ years'' experience of refinery or Petrochemical with Reliability section

• Good knowledge of SAP system.
