Job summary

KBR is seeking a Reliability & CBM Head (Sr. Technical Professional) to lead maintenance and reliability engineering at Rabigh, aiming to maximise plant availability and reduce costs via predictive maintenance strategies.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in refinery or petrochemical reliability, a bachelor’s in engineering, fluent English, SAP knowledge, and proven leadership for large teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 12+ years of refinery or Petrochemical experience with Reliability.
• Fluent in writing and reading English.

KBR is looking for Reliability & CBM Head- who Provide Technical Leadership to increase equipment reliability and consequently plant availability while optimizing Maintenance Costs and lead the implementation of all Predictive maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 'Root Cause Failure Analysis' of equipment and provide guidance to ensure that recommendations are actionable and will resolve the issue.
• Oversee and manage the development of all Maintenance strategies utilizing proven methods to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations with optimized maintenance cost.
• Lead and provide Strategic guidance for Feasibility Studies to justify investment in new equipment or technology.
• Oversee and manage all technical related activities in the plant to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations
• Oversee the implementation of all predicative Maintenance strategies utilizing proven methods to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations with optimized maintenance cost.
