Job Summary

As a Regional Relationship Manager at The Family Office, you will assume a critical role in expanding the firm's client base within a designated region. This position requires a highly motivated and results‑oriented individual with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This pivotal role requires detailed assessment of high‑net‑worth individuals' investment objectives and risk tolerance profiles. You will proactively anticipate and address their evolving financial needs, collaborating closely with our esteemed Investment Team to design and refine investment portfolios. This position holds significant strategic importance within our company, and your contributions will be instrumental in driving the family office's ambitious growth plans and expanding our market presence within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities
  • The RM will focus on generating leads using a relationship-based approach. This will involve developing strategies to identify, attract, and acquire groups and/or individual prospective clients, while proactively leveraging current relationships and networks and developing meaningful relationships with referral sources and prospective clients.
  • The RM will be responsible for actively engaging and building relationships with prospective clients identified within the firm's internal database.
  • Working closely with the Business support, financial Advisors and other departments, Relationship Development Officer will develop relationship management initiatives to convert prospective clients into new business for the firm.
  • Effectively communicate and present complex investment solutions and company financial products to high-net-worth prospects in a clear, understandable, and engaging manner. Tailor presentations to individual client needs and risk profiles.
  • The RM will report directly to the Head of Regional Relationship Management. This role also reports to the main office and requires regular monthly meetings with all regional stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Successful candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, a graduate or advanced degree would be preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of professional experience is required, preferably within the financial investment sector. Relevant experience may include, but is not limited to, Relationship Management, Accounts Management, Client Service, Portfolio Management, or other comparable roles.
  • Financial knowledge and ability to break difficult to understand products or solution to the prospects.
  • Readiness to participate in trade shows, conventions and travel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, while maintaining effective communication and collaboration with multiple departments and remote offices.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Must have experience working with desktop applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); the Outlook application, including scheduling.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate within the Relationship management department to avoid any potential conflicts or confusion regarding prospect assignments.
  • Strong time management and logistical planning skills to optimize travel schedules and maximize client interactions within the designated area.
