Job summary

Roche ME is seeking a proactive Medical Enabler to lead regional medical initiatives, optimize resources, and strengthen capabilities across markets. You will work with affiliate teams, disease area squads, and cross-functional partners to ensure scientifically accurate, compliant content and sustained local engagement.

The role emphasizes strategic medical leadership, capability building, and collaboration with Marketing to support launches and ongoing medical education across the ME region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in medical within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Experience in the designated disease area is preferred.
• Ability to develop, curate and adapt compelling, scientifically accurate and compliant content
• Experience in working within cross-functional, matrixed environments.
• Experience beyond affiliate level while leading or participating in WPTs.
• Strategic and creative thinker with patient-centric mindset.
• Strong communication and data comprehension, synthesis and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional medical leadership and coordinate regional medical initiatives across markets.
• Consolidate cross-market insights, identify challenges, and scale solutions regionally.
• Shape the medical direction at ME level for the disease area across its lifecycle.
• Enhance medical capabilities through high-value training programs for enablers and new joiners.
• Drive competitive intelligence activities and ensure strategic preparedness.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Omnichannel Enabler on regional scientific and promotional materials creation and adaptation.
• Support launch readiness activities, contribute to disease area plans, define launch archetypes, and ensure robust preparation across countries.
• Execute ME scientific education activities and medical insight gathering through engagement of key stakeholders.
