Roche in the Middle East seeks a Medical Enabler to optimize regional resources, drive strategic medical outcomes, and strengthen capabilities across ME markets. The role collaborates with affiliate SMEs, DCL, and cross-functional teams to ensure sustained local engagement and relevance.

You will shape medical direction for disease areas, lead capability-building initiatives, and coordinate with Global Medical Affairs to maintain high-quality, compliant scientific communications across countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' medical experience in pharma or healthcare.
• Experience in the designated disease area preferred.
• Skilled in integrated evidence generation planning.
• Ability to develop scientifically accurate compliant content.
• Proven cross-functional, matrixed collaboration experience.
• Strategic and creative thinker; disease area expert.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Medical Leadership: lead and coordinate regional medical initiatives across markets.
• Consolidate cross-market insights, identify challenges and scale solutions regionally.
• Shape medical direction at ME Level across Disease Areas throughout their lifecycle.
• Capability Building & Knowledge Transfer: training programs for enablers and new joiners.
• Ensure coherent scientific communication with Global Medical Affairs.
• Medical Intelligence & Preparedness: synthesize insights for strategic readiness.
• Coordinate with Marketing on regional scientific and promotional materials.
• Launch Excellence: support pre-launch and launch readiness across countries.
• Execute ME scientific education and medical insight activities.
