Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group is seeking a Regional Director – Water & Environment (Middle East) to lead the Water & Environment practice across the region. You will shape strategy, oversee major projects, and grow client relationships while guiding multidisciplinary teams across locations.

This leadership role requires deep domain expertise in water, environment or waste, 15+ years in the industry, and strong business development and governance capabilities to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives in

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ Middle East experience, preferably UAE and KSA.
• Strong expertise in Water, Environment and/or Waste.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong business development, client management, and commercial experience.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and legislation.
• Engineering or Environmental Science degree; professional qualifications preferred.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director – Water & Environment (Middle East) to provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, develop key client relationships, and oversee the successful delivery of major water, environmental, and waste projects.

Requirements:
