Job summary

Afaq - Warehouse Branch seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead project delivery for Fulfillment Centers and related facilities in the MEATR region. You will manage budgets, schedules, and interfaces with internal teams and external contractors to ensure on-time, quality delivery.

You will travel 40-60% as required and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize safety, sustainability, and cost efficiency across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years of project supervision, real estate development, engineering Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in Arabic as a preferred language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee new construction of Fulfillment Centers and renovations in MEATR region.
• Advise on schedule, costs, and permitting impacts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for design and engineering efforts.
• Supervise multiple projects from small renovations to $20M+ facilities.
• Lead negotiations with developers and General Contractors and manage turnover documentation.
