Job summary

Almarai is seeking a Regional Assets & Facilities Manager based in Jeddah to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of multi-site facilities and assets across the region. You will supervise mechanics and technicians, shape maintenance programs, and mentor workshop staff to ensure high equipment availability and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 6+ years in Assets & Facilities Management or related field.
• Experience in multi-site operations, contractor management, budgets.
• Experience in asset lifecycle management, maintenance, compliance, and business continuity.
• Proven leadership managing large teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional assets & facilities strategies, policies, governance frameworks, and standards for compliance and operational excellence.
• Manage employee accommodation, welfare facilities, and workplace services.
• Direct operation, maintenance, and optimization of facilities, depots, and support assets.
• Oversee catering, housekeeping, transportation, and other employee services.
• Lead HSE, fire protection, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Drive workplace planning, office space allocation, and utilization initiatives.
• Manage contractor and vendor relationships, including procurement support and SLAs.
• Oversee the full asset lifecycle, including acquisition, utilization, maintenance, replacement, and disposal.
• Develop and maintain business continuity, emergency response, disaster recovery plans.
• Lead regional expansion projects and capital improvement programs.
