Job summary

Haier_Saudi is seeking a marketing-focused leader to steer the Saudi cooling product portfolio, differentiate offerings and grow market share in line with the overseas development strategy.

You will coordinate with headquarters in Qingdao to drive revenue, shape a three-year product roadmap, and manage the full product life cycle from launches to delistings. Strong analytical, organizational and negotiation skills are essential, with willingness to travel overseas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, international trade or related fields.
• Familiar with product marketing; strong organizational, coordination and communication skills; product/marketing experience preferred.
• English and Arabic can be used as working languages and able to conduct business negotiations.
• Willing to be stationed overseas on business trips.

• Lead the implementation of the product portfolio through differentiation and increase Haier Cooling market share in Saudi Arabia.
• Be responsible for revenue and full-process profits of the Saudi cooling market; coordinate with HQ Qingdao.
• Formulate cooling product and brand strategy and ensure alignment with brand positioning.
• Sort out a three-year roadmap of cooling products for Saudi markets and coordinate planning, development and manufacturing.
• Manage full product life cycle: launch best-sellers, iteration, listing and delisting.

Job description

Responsibilities

• 1. In line with the overseas development strategy of "brand creation, profitability and sustainability", leading the implementation of the product portfolio through differentiation, increase the market share of Haier Cooling in Saudi Arabia, and ensure the realization of the competitiveness goal.
• 2. Be responsible for the revenue and full-process profits of the Saudi cooling market, coordinate with the local team and resources in headquarters (Qingdao), and support Haier's cooling business to achieve profitable development in Saudi Arabia through the full-process coordination system.
• 3.Formulate the cooling product strategy, brand strategy and product portfolio for the Saudi market, and ensure their alignment with the brand positioning to promote the effective implementation of the strategy and product portfolio.
• 4.Sort out the three-year Roadmap of cooling products from the Saudi market to the distribution channels, and coordinate the planning, development, manufacturing and other nodes to ensure that the product iteration plan is implemented on schedule;
• 5.Product full life cycle management: Best-selling product launch, product iteration, and listing and delisting management.

Qualifications

• 1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, international trade or related fields is preferred;
• 2. Familiar with product marketing knowledge, possess strong organizational, coordination and communication skills. Those with experience in product or marketing positions are preferred.
