Job summary

MBRF Global Foods Company in Jeddah is seeking an Utilities Technician (Refrigeration) to operate and maintain industrial refrigeration, HVAC and utility systems. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and support spare parts planning and safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years hands-on refrigeration/HVAC experience, knowledge of SAP, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year technical/vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2–3 years hands-on experience in refrigeration, HVAC or utilities operation and maintenance, preferably in Food/FMCG.
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, RCA, PDCA and 5S; familiarity with control systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain industrial refrigeration, HVAC and utility systems.
• Perform preventive, corrective and scheduled maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults and minimize downtime.
• Record issues and maintenance work orders in SAP.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Production, suppliers and OEMs on issues and improvements.
