Job summary

Halwani Brothers in Jeddah requires a skilled technician for maintenance, inspection, repair and installation of refrigeration and HVAC systems. The role covers preventive maintenance, servicing of boilers, cooling towers, condensers and related equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

The candidate should have a Diploma/Technical Certification in HVAC or Refrigeration with 1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in food/FMCG manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance (preferably in food or FMCG manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment including refrigeration and air conditioning components.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections of refrigeration and HVAC units including boilers, gas and electrically operated air-conditioning equipment.
• Repair or replace defective parts in units and their controls such as thermostats, switches, valves, coils and safety devices.
• Operate hand and power tools, welding equipment, vacuum pump and test gear; maintain equipment and inventory.
• Install and calibrate systems; test joints and insulate pipes of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Maintain logs of time, labor, materials and write reports; follow up MR''s & WO''s via ERP system.
• Assist with commissioning new equipment/projects; order and maintain stock of spare parts.
