Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a Senior Refinery Process Engineer to support CDU operations, troubleshooting and performance improvements at the Riyadh region facilities.

The role requires strong expertise in distillation, heat exchanger trains, fired heaters, and process safety practices. You will interpret PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment datasheets to optimize energy use and ensure safe operations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary IT/OT/data teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in refinery process engineering, CDU operations.
• In-depth knowledge of distillation, heat exchanger trains, fired heaters, desalters, columns, pumps and compressors.
• Ability to interpret PFDs, P&IDs, operating procedures, equipment datasheets and process control philosophy.
• Knowledge of process safety, design limits, Integrity Operating Windows and API/ASME/TEMA practices.
• Exposure to steady state process simulations, heat and material balance.
• Well aware about engineering calculations for efficiency, duty, energy calculations.
• Ability to translate engineering knowledge into monitoring logic, calculations, recommendations and acceptance criteria.

Must-Have:
