Job summary

Hala in Riyadh is seeking a Banking Reconciliation Specialist to support various departments in addressing customer issues and leading reconciliation processes. You will ensure timely and accurate summary reports and collaborate across teams to resolve any risks or customer claims.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, 5-8 years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and is fluent in English and Arabic. Hala offers a hybrid work culture and competitive compensation packages.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of experience in a similar role
• Education can be replaced by years of experience

Responsibilities

• Support other departments to fix customers’ issues
• Lead reconciliation and balancing analysis on accounts
• Ensure timely generation of reconciliation reports
• Investigate transactions and customer claims
• Collaborate with Digital, Safeguarding, and Customer Care teams
• Implement process improvements for reconciliation processes
• Prepare general ledger reconciliations for a financial institution

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools

Fluent in English and Arabic

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Education

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
