Job summary

atmaal is seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to perform daily reconciliation of payment transactions across POS, cards, digital payments, and other channels in Riyadh. You will review discrepancies, assist resolution, and maintain complete transaction logs.

You will support settlement activities for Sadad and SARIE, prepare routine reconciliation reports, ensure compliance with controls and regulations, and assist audit requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of payment transactions across POS, cards, digital payments, and other channels.
• Review discrepancies between internal records, bank statements, and third-party reports.
• Monitor reconciliation exceptions and escalate unresolved issues.
• Maintain accurate reconciliation records, supporting documents, and logs.
• Support settlement activities related to Sadad, SARIE, and other payment systems.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation and settlement reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Support audit and compliance requests with required reconciliation data and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to follow up on reconciliation and settlement issues.
• Contribute to improving reconciliation processes and maintaining accuracy in financial transaction records.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to follow up on reconciliation and settlement issues.

Contribute to improving reconciliation processes and maintaining accuracy in financial transaction records.
