Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a hands-on Reconciliations Specialist in Riyadh to liaise with stakeholders, publish control reports, and monitor SLAs across banking products and reconciliation domains. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, consolidations, and identification of automation opportunities.

The candidate will work with Risk & Compliance to implement robust controls and support business-driven operations and governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with banking products regulations and processes.
• Experience in GL reconciliations across Cards, Deposits, Loans, Cash, Bank, Vault, Clearing, Settlement, A/R, A/P, Suspense accounts, Payments.
• Understanding of Intercompany, Intergroup and Interbranch reconciliations.
• Solid accounting knowledge including recording journal entries and understanding financial impacts.
• Transformation, Consolidation, Automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to understand the landscape.
• Liaise with stakeholders for system-related issues.
• Understand control reports and publish them to stakeholders.
• Monitor, track and report on performance against service level goals and benchmarks.
• Provide subject matter expertise to business-driven initiatives and projects in operations.
• Gather critical information from meetings with stakeholders and produce useful results/reports.
• Work with SME’s, governance, technology and operational leads to drive changes.
• Conduct governance calls covering aged/high value exceptions and timelines for resolution.
• Liaise with Risk & Compliance to ensure reconciliation policies are implemented
• Implement the control framework that mitigates operational risk in operations.
• Ensure procedures comply with regulatory, audit and risk management requirements.
