The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets through selling residential and/or commercial real estate units. The role focuses on developing effective sales strategies, managing the full sales cycle, driving team performance, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring high conversion rates across all sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for residential and/or commercial projects (off-plan & ready units).
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, client meetings, negotiations, booking, closing, and handover coordination.
- Monitor and optimize pipeline performance, lead-to-deal conversion, and sales productivity.
- Ensure strict follow-up process for leads coming from digital campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, brokers, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with Marketing team to improve lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and brand positioning.
- Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, investors, and key partners.
- Collaborate with Finance & Legal departments to ensure contract completion, payment plans, and documentation accuracy.
- Handle escalated client cases and support dispute resolution when needed.
- Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting on sales performance and pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies, pricing strategy, discount approvals, and company procedures.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales coaching sessions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to improve strategy.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in Real Estate Sales.
- 2+ years experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team coaching skills
