Qualifications

• 3+ years in real estate operations or investor relations.
• Knowledge of property inventory, transfers, and title deed procedures.
• Strong coordination and follow-up across departments.
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new real estate units into inventory.
• Monitor statuses: available, reserved, sold, transferred, suspended, and cancelled.
• Manage investor records and portfolios linking units.
• Process investor requests related to property sales and remarketing.
• Ensure compliance with workflows and approval requirements.
• Reconcile inventory with sales and transfer systems.
