Job summary

Alawaly Real Estate in Jeddah is seeking an investment funds professional to support the fund manager in managing relationships with equity partners, trustees and participants in real estate funds, ensuring smooth communication and quality.

You will coordinate reporting, compliance with development agreements and CMA regulations, prepare board materials, and help establish new funds while safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate funds, capital markets, asset management or development.
• Experience dealing with CMA-regulated entities; CFA or equivalent certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with capital partners and monitor contractual obligations.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly fund reports to trustees.
• Translate board decisions into cross‑department actions.
• Support board materials, memos, performance reports and analyses with the fund manager.
• Participate in establishing new funds and CMA procedures.
• Manage and archive fund documents and contracts.
• Coordinate with the financial analyst to ensure data accuracy and information flow.
• Monitor CMA regulatory updates related to real estate funds and inform fund managers.
• Support screening and qualification processes for new fund projects (PQQ, EOI).
