Job Announcement | Real Estate Assets and Compliance Specialist

We are looking for professional competence to join our team, with practical experience in managing real estate assets and related regulatory procedures in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Preserve and manage real estate assets and document their records.
• Follow up on the transfer of title deeds from the real estate exchange to the real estate register (deed registration in rem).
• Follow up on the fees for vacant lands and related obligations.
• Manage files of the Wafi program (sale on the map), including registration, follow-up, and fulfilling regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality
• Qualification of at least a diploma
• Practical experience in real estate systems and procedures in the Kingdom.
• Familiarity and actual experience in registration and managing sale-on-the-map files (Wafi) - an essential requirement.
• Knowledge of in rem registration procedures and the transfer of real estate title deeds.
• High skills in organization, follow-up, and coordination with relevant authorities.
