Confidential Government in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Rapid Intervention Lead Specialist to join the CEO Office. You will lead special projects and address escalated matters assigned directly by the CEO, mobilizing teams across departments and resolving execution bottlenecks.

You will monitor strategic programs and risks, elevate issues before they impact outcomes, and develop preventive measures to strengthen operational resilience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, or equivalent.
  • Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or equivalent.
  • PMP or an equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, strategy execution, transformation, or management consulting.

Responsibilities

  • Scope CEO assigned special projects and escalated matters, and set clear intervention priorities and mandates.
  • Draft scoping documents and mandate frameworks to mobilize teams across departments.
  • Assess team readiness and mobilization progress against defined timelines.
  • Resolve execution bottlenecks across departments and follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Monitor strategic programs, risks, and implementation challenges, and elevate issues before they affect outcomes.
  • Evaluate intervention outcomes against defined resolution criteria.
  • Prepare portfolio status reports and CEO briefings covering progress, escalations, and critical risks.
  • Maintain a structured intervention register with actions taken, status, and resolutions.
  • Analyze recurring issue patterns to identify the systemic gaps driving repeated escalations.
  • Develop preventive recommendations to reduce future escalations and strengthen operational resilience.
  • Train and support junior team members.

About the Role

A leading Saudi organization is seeking a Rapid Intervention Lead Specialist to join its CEO Office. You will lead special projects and escalated matters assigned directly by the CEO.
