Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiological Sciences, Medical Imaging, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in Radiological Sciences or Medical Imaging
• Previous teaching or clinical supervision experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging procedures and clinical practices
• Understanding of radiation safety principles and quality standards
• Excellent teaching, coaching, and student mentoring skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor students during clinical rotations, laboratory sessions, and simulation-based learning
• Demonstrate radiological procedures and imaging techniques
• Assess students' clinical competencies using structured evaluations
• Provide constructive feedback to support student development
• Ensure adherence to patient safety, radiation protection, infection control, and professional standards
• Support development of clinical decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills
• Utilize educational technologies and simulation tools to enhance learning
• Participate in student assessment, evaluation, and academic reporting
• Contribute to course and program reports and continuous improvement of teaching methods
• Collaborate with faculty, clinical partners, and multidisciplinary teams
