Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor for an on-site role in الرياض, SA. The position focuses on cost-control activities, measurements, and contract-related tasks across infrastructure projects.

You will prepare interim payment applications, review contracts, measure work, and prepare BOQs while supporting claims, variations, and commercial negotiations. Strong FIDIC knowledge and cost-control proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 5-10 years' QS experience, preferably on road/highway projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills.
