Job summary

Hill International, Inc. seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Cost Estimator to support the commercial and cost management of major infrastructure and water-sector projects.

The role involves preparing cost estimates, BOQs, budgets and forecasts, and monitoring costs to ensure financial control. You will assess variations, claims and changes, review valuations, and support tendering, procurement and contract administration while coordinating with project teams and stakeholders on site visits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Saudi Arabia experience is highly desirable.
• RICS or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
• Experience on large-scale construction, infrastructure or water-sector projects.
• Strong experience with claims, variations and cost control.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation or Cost Control.
• Experience on large-scale construction, infrastructure or water-sector projects.
• Strong experience with claims, variations and cost control.
• Experience with contractors/subcontractors and commercial documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Saudi Arabia experience is highly desirable.
• RICS or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
