ASMO seeks a Quality Specialist to support and maintain the Quality Management System across the organization. You will develop and enforce quality processes, train staff, and ensure compliance with ISO standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to monitor quality performance, perform audits, and implement corrective actions for sustained excellence in products and services.

Competenze

• Bachelor or higher in quality management, engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in quality management, engineering, or business administration.
• ISO 9001 Auditor certification is preferred.

Mansioni

• Support development and maintenance of a comprehensive quality management framework.
• Ensure processes are established, documented, implemented and maintained.
• Define quality metrics and KPIs to track performance across functions.
• Support QA activities to meet customer expectations and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, certifications, and regulations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
• Assist with audits, CAPA, and supplier quality management.
