Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical quality control within switchgear manufacturing.
• Hands-on QC, in-process inspections, final testing, and FAT exposure.
• Knowledge of IEC standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise quality control inspections and testing throughout manufacturing.
• Oversee incoming inspections, in-process testing, final inspections, and FAT.
• Ensure compliance with customer specs, procedures, and industry standards.
• Lead the quality team to achieve defined objectives.
• Identify issues and implement corrective improvements for continuous quality.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and suppliers to maintain quality.
• Maintain documentation, inspection reports, and regulatory records.
• Promote health, safety, and quality standards across operations.
