Job summary

Abunayyan Holding is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing and assembly operations in the switchgear sector. You will plan manpower, allocate equipment, monitor schedules, and drive safe, efficient production on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include identifying bottlenecks, coordinating with quality and warehouse teams, maintaining production records, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in switchgear manufacturing and production operations.
• Strong experience in manpower planning, shop-floor management, and production scheduling.
• Proven experience supervising manufacturing and assembly teams.
• Good knowledge of HSE requirements within manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
