Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• 6-8 years of experience in Quality & Performance, Quality Assurance, Technology Performance, Process Improvement, Software Quality, or related disciplines.

Aufgaben

• Quality Management & Assurance: develop and maintain QA practices, standards, and control mechanisms.
• Performance Measurement & Monitoring: define KPIs and quality indicators for technology products and services.
• Quality Testing & Validation: coordinate functional and user acceptance testing for digital solutions.
• Root Cause Analysis & Problem Resolution: conduct structured RCA for recurring issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Standards Compliance & Quality Control: monitor compliance with internal standards and ensure quality checkpoints.
• Performance Reporting & Management Insights: develop dashboards and present trends and risks.
• Process Improvement & Operational Excellence: identify opportunities to improve technology processes and monitor implementations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with product, development, testing, BI, design, and other tech teams on quality priorities.
