Takamol Holding is seeking a QA Lead Expert to orchestrate quality assurance across multiple products, providing advanced technical testing expertise and aligning QA standards with fast digital delivery in Saudi Arabia.

You will lead test planning, drive automation and performance testing, mentor QA engineers, and collaborate with security and development teams to ensure traceable, auditable quality metrics and timely releases.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• ISTQB test certificates preferred.
• 6–8 years of relevant QA experience.

The QA Lead Expert is responsible for leading and coordinating quality assurance activities across assigned products or projects while providing advanced technical expertise in software testing The role ensures effective test planning and execution consistent application of QA standards and practices and drives improvements in test automation performance testing testing frameworks and overall testing efficiency The role provides technical guidance to QA Engineers addresses complex quality challenges manages quality risks and collaborates with relevant stakeholders to support reliable and timely digital delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day QA activities across assigned products and projects ensuring timely and effective execution of testing activities
• Establish maintain and continuously improve testing frameworks standards tools and practices with a strong focus on functional automation and performance testing
• Design and enhance automation and performance testing frameworks ensuring scalability maintainability reusability and effective integration with CI CD pipelines
• Review and approve test strategies test plans test cases automation approaches performance test designs and test reports to ensure adequate coverage traceability and quality
• Identify and apply AI-enabled testing approaches and tools to improve test design automation defect analysis test coverage and overall QA efficiency
• Provide advanced technical guidance and mentoring to QA Engineers and Senior QA Engineers supporting complex testing challenges and promoting consistent QA practices
• Maintain working knowledge of security and penetration testing concepts and collaborate with relevant security teams to understand findings assess quality impacts and support appropriate validation activities
• Monitor quality metrics and ensure QA processes testing evidence and documentation are complete traceable and aligned with organizational standards and applicable audit requirements

• Quality dashboards and reports providing clear visibility into defects test coverage automation performance quality risks and testing outcomes
• Effective technical guidance and knowledge sharing across the QA team including automation performance testing testing frameworks AI-assisted testing and relevant security and penetration testing concepts
• Complete and auditable QA documentation and testing evidence aligned with organizational standards established processes and applicable audit requirements
