Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Quality Manager in Dammam to lead the factory's quality function, develop and sustain a robust QMS, and ensure products meet Siemens Energy and customer quality standards. You will guide the Quality department, drive continuous improvement, and partner with customers to support audits.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in quality management, leadership experience, and strong ISO 9001 expertise; English fluency is essential, Arabic a plus, and willingness to be based in Saudi

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering or Quality Management.
• 8+ years in quality management with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
• Experience building or leading a factory quality function is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the factory’s QMS.
• Lead the Quality department, overseeing inspection and process control.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and industry quality standards.
• Drive root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support customer audits and quality communications.
• Establish quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
