Job summary

Atkins Realis Group in Medina seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance across multidisciplinary projects. You will drive IMS/ISO 9001 compliance on site and in client-facing environments, supervise QA/QC activities, and ensure effective ITPs, method statements, and work procedures.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive site-based quality management experience, and a consulting mindset to guide projects and interact with clients and authorities.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of quality management experience within luxury projects.
• Proven experience managing site-based quality operations on mega luxury projects.
• Strong consultancy and client-facing background, preferably within engineering consultancy environments.
• Experience with UAE or regional road authority standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead IMS implementation and maintenance across luxury projects to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Oversee QA/QC activities, ITPs, method statements, and work procedures.
• Audit planning, internal and external audits, and continuous improvement tracking.
• Engage stakeholders: project managers, engineers, contractors, clients, and authorities.
• Provide quality consultancy and training to project teams and clients.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in site operations and consultancy services to lead quality assurance initiatives across multidisciplinary projects This role will ensure compliance with regulatory standards drive continuous improvement and support project delivery excellence both on-site and in client-facing environments

Your role

Quality Leadership

amp IMSLead the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System IMS for Luxury projects Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 contractual specifications employer s requirements and relevant authority standards Act as the Quality Management Representative for site operations Site Quality Management RoadsOversee QA QC activities for Luxury projects Ensure Inspection amp Test Plans ITPs Method Statements and Work Procedures are approved and effectively implemented Monitor material approvals laboratory testing and site inspections in line with authority and project requirements Audits Compliance amp ImprovementPlan and conduct internal audits vendor audits and support external client authority audits Lead non-conformance management root cause analysis RCA and corrective preventive action implementation Track and report quality KPIs trends lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives Stakeholder amp Client EngagementCollaborate closely with Project Managers Construction Managers Engineers Contractors and Site Teams Act as the primary point of contact for quality matters with Clients and consultants Contractors and suppliers Authorities and regulatory bodies e g RTA ADM DMT MoEI as applicable Provide quality consultancy and advisory services to clients on road project quality systems and compliance Training amp Capability BuildingDeliver quality training and mentoring to project and site teams on Quality standards and procedures Road construction quality best practices Quality tools RCA FMEA Six Sigma concepts Promote a proactive quality culture across project teams and contractors

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor s degree in civil engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred).
