Job summary

Pharma Pharmaceutical Industries & Biological Products in Riyadh seeks an experienced Head of Quality to lead QA, QC, and Validation at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. You will ensure SFDA and cGMP compliance, drive the QMS, and oversee audits, investigations, and CAPA programs.

The role requires 10+ years in pharmaceutical quality and senior leadership experience, with strong English communication and ERP/Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality.
• Senior quality leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of SFDA regulations, cGMP, QMS, validation, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA, QC, and Validation teams.
• Ensure compliance with SFDA regulations and cGMP requirements.
• Develop and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
• Oversee regulatory inspections and audits.
• Manage deviations, investigations, CAPA, customer complaints, and OOS/OOT results.
• Oversee product release, rejection, and rework processes.
• Ensure quality documents, SOPs, and records are accurate and up to date.
• Oversee laboratory testing, stability programs, calibration, and validation activities.
• Review and approve validation protocols, including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Monitor quality performance, risks, metrics, and trends.
• Lead employee training, development, and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement across quality and manufacturing processes.
