Join our team as a Quality Engineer focused on Process, Audits and Continuous Improvement where you’ll support process optimization, audit process, facilitate Improvement and Cost out workshops, and help embed Lean principles across the business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results while developing your expertise in quality excellence.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Support Continuous Improvement Projects: Assist in identifying and implementing Lean initiatives that simplify workflows, eliminate waste, and improve efficiency.
  • Promote Quality Culture: Actively contribute to building a “Right First Time” mindset, supporting employees in embedding quality practices into daily work.
  • Facilitate Idea Workshops: Help organize and run productivity and quality workshops, capturing employee input and working with stakeholders to translate ideas into action.
  • Process, Audits & Data Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis, map processes, audit process in various sites(Backoffice and site) and collect data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration & Engagement: Work with cross-functional teams regionally and globally to align on improvement opportunities and drive small to medium-sized initiatives to completion.
  • Coaching & Learning: Share knowledge of Lean and quality tools (5S, 5 Whys, PDCA, Kaizen) with colleagues in the office and onsite, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Measure & Report: Track progress of initiatives, highlighting benefits delivered in terms of efficiency, quality, and employee engagement
  • Willingness to travel to various sites in Saudi Arabia to engage and drive initiatvies within Gas Services Middle East.
What You Bring
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Audits, Continuous Improvement, or Quality Management within an operational environment with a minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • The candidate should have Operational experience in energy industry solving real problems for business and should possess qualification and experience in leading internal audits.
  • Hands-on exposure and implementation of Lean projects and problem-solving techniques (Kaizen, 5S, RCA, PDCA, 8D).
  • Experience participating in or facilitating workshops or improvement events with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage colleagues at different levels.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset; ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Enthusiasm for quality culture, continuous learning, and driving positive change in the organisation in close collaboration with the stakeholders.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification with experience implementing them and Lead auditor certification on ISO9001/14001/45001 certification be an added advantage.
