Job summary

Center seeks a Quality Management professional to implement and maintain the Quality Management System and ISO 9001 certification. You will oversee documentation, audits, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities include coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with customer and project requirements, retaining records, performing inspections, and building quality awareness through training and communications.

Qualifications

• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001 within Center.
• Coordinate internal and external audits (ISO, HSE, other) and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Drive record retention and in-process/final inspections per customer PO and specifications.
• Build internal quality awareness through trainings and communications.

Responsibilities

• Carry out in-process inspections as required and at sub-supplier locations.
• Raise non-conformances and drive corrective actions on receiving and final inspection.
• Conduct Internal Audits and ensure effective corrective actions are verified.

Implement and maintain Quality of the Products Management systems review processes and ensure continual quality improvements

Customer Relation Self-Development Admin Work Technical Skills Responsibilities

Implementation maintenance and further development of the process documentation Quality Management System and ISO 9001 certification within Center

Develop and maintain continuous improvement process as part of the QMS Co-ordinate conduct and represent Center for internal and external audits ISO HSE other audits

Be the objective contact for all suppliers customers and subcontractors of Center issue Responsible for all Quality tools and procedures implemented in Center Ensuring Compliance to Emerson Customers and project requirements

• Responsible for Record Retention Process within SYSS
• Carry out in-process inspections as required
• Carry out inspections at sub-supplier place as per project requirements
• Carry out final Inspection as per the customer PO amp specification
• Raise non-conformation and follow corrective action on receiving process and final inspection
• Conduct Internal Audits
• Building internal Quality awareness amongst employees through trainings amp internal communications
• Coordinate with Process owners to implement corrective actions on per timeline defined in the Quality Management System
• Verify effectiveness of implementation of corrective actions
