Job summary

Brand eSense is seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant in Saudi Arabia to lead Qiyas compliance readiness for government and public-sector entities. You will assess current compliance, identify gaps, and develop improvement plans while coordinating with executives and technical teams.

The role requires hands-on Qiyas knowledge, strong project management, and the ability to facilitate discussions in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS/Engineering or related field.
3+ years in digital transformation, consulting, compliance, or project management.
Hands-on experience with DGA Qiyas compliance, readiness, or similar transformation projects in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end digital transformation readiness and Qiyas compliance engagements.
Assess client compliance against DGA standards and identify gaps and risks.
Develop and maintain compliance matrices, reports, action plans, and evidence trackers.
Coordinate with business units, IT, data management, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and other stakeholders.
Translate Qiyas standards into actionable deliverables with clear ownership.
Organize workshops and executive meetings to validate findings and priorities.
Monitor progress, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely evidence preparation.
Review policies and documentation for alignment with digital government requirements.
Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive materials in Arabic and English.
