Job summary

El Seif Operation and Maintenance is seeking a QHSE Officer to uphold Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment standards across active FM operations. The role emphasizes site compliance, inspections, incident reporting, and continuous improvement in safety performance.

The candidate will work on-site, coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives, and ensure adherence to Saudi regulations and company standards. A background in FM/O&M environments is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in QHSE/HSE roles.
Experience in FM/IFM/O&M or large operational environments is required.
Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, or ISO 14001 are preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular QHSE inspections, site walks, audits, and compliance assessments across FM project sites.
Monitor and verify implementation of HSE policies, permits, risk assessments and method statements.
Identify unsafe acts/conditions and follow up on corrective actions until closure.
Support investigations of incidents and prepare clear reports.
Maintain QHSE documentation, inspection records, and audit reports.
