Job summary

Durucooperation is seeking a QC Mechanical Inspector (Static / Rotating) to perform inspection and quality control for static and rotating mechanical equipment in line with project specs and international standards. The role requires Aramco experience and the ability to verify material, welding and testing requirements on site in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

The candidate will review ITPs, supervise installation and commissioning activities, and maintain thorough inspection records

Qualifications

• Candidates with Degree holder should have a minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Candidates with Diploma holder should have a minimum of 7.5 years' experience.
• Must have Aramco Experience.
• Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity remaining.
• Valid driving license or ability to drive.
• All nationalities/categories are open.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and quality control for static and rotating equipment per standards.
• Inspect installation, erection, alignment, testing, and commissioning activities for equipment.
• Review and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) at all work stages.
• Verify material compliance, welding, dimensional checks, and testing requirements.
• Monitor pre-commissioning and functional testing activities.
• Identify non-conformances, raise NCRs, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams for quality compliance.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project requirements on site.

• Review and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and ensure compliance at all stages of work.

• Verify material compliance, welding activities, dimensional checks, and testing requirements.

• Monitor pre-commissioning and functional testing activities.

• Identify non-conformances, raise NCRs, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
