Zusammenfassung

Applus+ in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced QC Mechanical Inspector with hands-on Saudi Aramco JKT & PDM inspection experience. You will conduct mechanical quality inspections, verify conformity with drawings, procedures, and ITPs, and maintain accurate quality records.

You will coordinate with construction, engineering, QC and project teams to resolve issues, prepare inspection reports and NCR closures, ensuring timely delivery of compliant equipment and installations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum experience as QC Mechanical Inspector in Oil & Gas/EPC projects.
• Saudi Aramco JKT & PDM inspection experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of inspection procedures, ITPs, drawings, and project specs.
• Ability to identify deviations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct mechanical inspections in accordance with approved drawings, specs, procedures, and ITPs.
• Perform and support JKT & PDM inspections as per Saudi Aramco requirements.
• Inspect mechanical equipment, installation, fabrication, and related activities for quality compliance.
• Verify materials, workmanship, dimensions, and installation against approved requirements.
• Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and report them to the teams.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, QC, and project teams to resolve inspection issues.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
• Follow up on corrective actions and support NCR closures.
